Could we. Either way they are not shutting down tomorrow. As mentioned, they would not go thru the cost and effort of filing for the Duromist IND unless there was some funding lined up. Also, Ratoff is presenting at a conference on the 28th. I seriousely doubt he would be doing that they were shutting down on the 23rd....
