This version you are presenting could perhaps be one scenario, but I highly doubt it. I dont think it has come down to SEC investigations. Its a pretty stout accusation. I think the company is trying to clean up the past a little so that we can move forward with a strong future. However, it is hard to say as there is no proof of either. Only that Danny would be brutally honest and air out "dirty laundry" so to speak so that we at least we are in the know and not forced to guess. I find it very hard to believe that if the company is growing in sales like he "says" we are then we dont need this much dilution to stay afloat. Especially from the 3 different MM's that we have seen selling shares.
