Do the lights turn on? If not, maybe charge or it's a bad unit

Do you hear a whoosh sound at all? You should hear it each time you inhale.

After trying all the suggestions here, I have found that if I am not hearing that sound, I tap one of the lights while inhaling to get the sound back.

It's almost seems like it needs to be carbed for it to fire. Just the slightest of taps does the trick.
