I'm not naive enough to think the overburdened SEC will all of the sudden start investigating more hinky hedge fund transactions and such, but it *will* allow individual investors access to previously hidden data, I assume?
Meaning we can do the hunting/tracking first, giving more weight to our eventual complaints to the SEC and others about fraudulent actions like Marty's crap. At least that's my interpretation and thoughts about the changes.
