No news from Govt-Buys can help unless awyi owns govt-buys. There has been no transfer of ownership since arne has no financing to acquire govt-buys. Ol arne tried the same thing with Syrei but auditors slapped his hand and said no subsidiary since there was no acquisition. Probably why there is no filings since govt-buys cannot be a part of it without transfer of ownership.
