Thinking this through, there is only one camp who would want to see the stock price drop to the penny range. That is the Diac Camp. If the stock has little value than any treasury stock that might be avaiable for sale to sustain the business and the lawsuit would be of little or no help.

Normally I would assume that someone who was looking to accumulate would cause fear, but in thic case I think not. The greys make large volume accumulation unlikely.
