Among the court records of the JB BK, there is a certified copy of a certificate of ownership of CDEX shares by Brumfield.

It is dated Aug 13, 2010 and is signed by MP as President of CDEX
and by a BP as chairman of the board. The Chairman's signature is indecipherable except for the B and P and perhaps an I right after the P. The amount of shares is 4,814,133..MPs signature is plain..

For sure, MP was NOT the President of CDEX on Aug 13, 2010 and I cannot recall a time when a BP was Chairman...LOL!!

Anybody wanta think about whether or not that certificate is fake..and since it was attempted to be used to settle a debt
owed by JB..most likely fraudulent?

JB claims that he has over 9 million shares..LOL!! We know that he was given options to buy shares (some 8 million) soon after he became CEO..and that 50 million of the 8 million expired unexercised. (Probably because JB did not have the money) (PP shares were not selling, ERGO no money to steal).
