Of COURSE they would dump right after RETIRING 500 Million Shares.

Of COURSE they're dumping while working on getting funding - nothing does wonders for receiving funding like killing your own PPS.

OH YEAH, and they definitely wouldnt want to wait to sell there shares until AFTER everything comes together and they can sell them for more.
