looks like mr. newton found another way to sell common shares. seems strange only stock4stock deals so far. each time volume has picked up before gene announces some BS about a company he's buying. funny how the owners of the 2 companies dont have first names, only mr. this and mr. that. hard to do research like that. part of genes M.O.
