The company has created the Chilean subsidiary Compania Lithium Investments Limitada for its Chilean acquisition of lithium mining assets.

The company has just received its preliminary Due Diligence package outlining a variety of the lithium acquisitions that the company has been negotiating for nearly seven months.

The company expects to announce all of its acquisitions
over the second and third quarters.
