CNOA just found this one again, can you tell me why the pps is trading below reported EPS???????? i see they are late w/ Q, but is not first time yet the stock is at its lowest point on a 5 yr chart..... i remember couple years ago flipping this thing multiple times as it kept basing around .19-.21 , often after a NT filing, then pop.

and for my info, why would you mention preferring buying back CBAK w/ an eps of -.55 vs. say ABAT w/ eps of +.60
