I told Detective that Meller will never convert his debt to equity, cause then he becomes a BIG BAGHOLDER like the rest of you clowns!!! Instead why not just file Bankruptcy, and as a major debt holder he gets to split the assets of the company up, and leaves you idiots with nothing!!!

That is what advise I would give him, if I was an investment banker looking out for his interest!!!

Can happen anytime!! Not like he needs to ask your premission to file Chapter 11!! just has to fill out the paper work!!! right there in 10Q might not be able to continue operations as they keep losing money!! In fact he can call in his loan any second he wants and force bankruptcy of this POS!!
