the factors may change and at a certain point details can be added to the plan.
The part where I "HOPE that something GOOD is ahead" is not limited to BYSD.
Of course, the context of my present plan is aimed at the potential of being even Steven and that includes hope that GJ will make some good and right discussions.
So then I'm back to waiting. I figure 2 weeks to a month. By then the plan should be upgraded to actionable.
Food for thought.

PS. I do have some thoughts on what the Admiral said, however, they would be seen as too optimistic so I will hold them for now.
