ECDC .0297 closin NASDAQ deal next week

EarthSearch (OTC:ECDC) is epxected to close a deal with NASDAQ listed ZSTN to roll-out GPS tracking system in China.

LOI alraeady signed, final deal could be in by next week.

Not often OTC company does deal with NASDAQ company. With only 160 million OS, and very tight float, ECDC could be primed to take off at any time. (breaking news)
