The beginning balances are reflected properly...they have financials, from 09 and 10, they are just not audited YET

Remember that Centacom and all it's subsidiaries were a privately held company a couple of months ago there was no reason for the financials to be audited.

A CPA wouldn't put their name to something that they do not know is accurate, IMO!
