Gimme a break. It's obviously not a scam and you know it. They're very prompt in terms of customer service so there is obviously something up with your order. Are you in the U.S.? Did you actually order something?

Not trying to make something out of nothing here but anyone who has been following how the company deals with customers should know they really have their act together.
