SUTIMCo International, Inc. Announces Significant Short-Term Growth Objectives

2011-06-22 07:56 ET - News Release

Company Outlines Key Growth Initiatives in "Letter to Shareholders"

SANTA ANA, Calif., June 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SUTIMCo International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SUTI) announced today a set of significant short-term goals, including key growth initiatives for the Company, in a "Letter to Shareholders." The report is a direct communication from Fred Rogers, the newly appointed Chairman of SUTIMCo International, Inc., offering an overview of the Company's history to better understand its current core business model as well as the Company's goals for the remainder of 2011.

The "Letter to Shareholders" (available at http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SUTI/financials) provides a snapshot of the Company's activities, through its wholly owned subsidiaries AquaStar Corporation and SUTIMCo, Inc., in the emerging technologies market since 2006 relating to the commercialization of technologies based on University science research.

As outlined in his letter, Mr. Rogers illustrates how the new SUTIMCo business model has generated immediate results through the signing of three separate Venture Accelerator Agreements. These agreements are expected to result in more than $1.8 million in annual revenue. SUTIMCo, Inc. has currently partnered with three start-up companies conceived from Texas A&M, the University of Arizona and SUNY Binghamton and developed technologies looking to take their innovative leading edge research to the marketplace. In addition, SUTIMCo is participating in the evaluation of technology-based projects from six other major American Universities, including UC San Diego, Arizona State University and Penn State University for their commercial viability.

In addition, SUTIMCo International's wholly owned subsidiary, AquaStar Corporation, developed an air cooling system that utilizes water as a coolant. The Texas A&M technology was designed to eliminate the environmentally hazardous chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) and hydro chlorofluorocarbons (I-CFCs). The Company is currently working to raise money in order to develop prototype products for this technology.

"I am pleased with the accomplishments the Company has achieved in recent months and am excited to lead SUTIMCo as a public company," stated Fred Rogers, Chairman of SUTIMCo International, Inc. "Increasing the commercial success rate of university developed technologies has long been a passion of mine, and I believe that SUTIMCo offers a real opportunity to make significant progress toward that goal."
