I do not think there was such a pre-arrangement.

I bought quite a substantial amount of shares yesterday. Some stated here that they bought 0.5M - 1M shares at around 0.0012.
So a good chunck of the 50M shares did not go to a specific buyer.

In my opinion, we saw:
either a big holder bailing. Surely someone that did receive free shares (dividend) and was still making some money at 0.0012
or a "crows" attempt to trigger a panic selling as BBF did mention in his last post.
Either way, we know for sure that there were enough buying at these levels to keep the pps in the range.
But it's possible that the selling is not over and that a new attempt to bring the pps down is on its way. I can not buy anymore shares so I will go back in the dark and wait for better days, news, green days and for the circus guys and basher's fighting.
