ZERO unless theres some news.. PEOPLE, the only reason you see higher offers is exactly as someone said before, ECN's shut down and or people pull existing offers.. it MEANS NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've see so many offers pulled in OTC/BB stocks that you see a $20 $50 $100 offer.. it means NOTHING.. the only thing that would mean anything is if the BID was that high.. THATS IN PLAIN AN SIMPLE.. i cant stand it when people on pennystocks read into where an offer is (AH or DURING) again Offers MEAN nothing other then where people are willing/looking to sell, it in no way represents where the ACTUAL current middle market IS... youll see in the AM as offers flood back in and ECNs open back up (premkt)
