i didn't know they were planning on uplisting, but last i heard they were in audits and that was about a month ago if not longer. i realize that they had an error on the first round, and with one audit taking roughly six weeks, two could logically take 12 weeks. if i remember correctly, they started the audits around the beginning of or mid april? someone feel free to correct me. if that's right, that puts us at end of june, mid july for merger completion. personally, i'm not expecting anything until mid august, only reason for that is that the 10Q usually comes out month and half after the end of the quarter and imo you would think they would complete it by then.
