Hey moon, whats up man, i gotta say that its probably not dilution, the A/S are pretty much maxed out. 3B A/S and just about 3B O/S. I guess its just one of those things that happen in the OTC exchange, lots of things go on behind the scenes that we really dont know about. But hey, the great part is that the TADF story keeps getting better and better. As long as tac-air/tadf are in bed together, this whole pps talk should eventually work itself out.
