This is Wisdom & I post careful facts.

There are 2 sets of facts claimed here.

I'm concerned as an affiliate that THE FACTS heard about HFBG.

Considering only recent context where FACTS are not;

Calvin Ross and Giovanni Luciano resignation of offices and transfer of all their preferred shares is truth and any other claims are false.

There are no more preferred shares OS than 5M listed and any other claims are false.

2nd Production Run of Tea has now been fully funded and will be run very soon

This company has truly changed from past mistakes to a whole new direction.

I updated IR section on our webiste with pics of Tea, Lab Rpts and Stock Certs at request of many that claimed they did not exist.

Soon the Delaware SOS will be updated on our website.

Here is a question many should ask;

"Considering claims that Ross and Luciano resignation of offices and transfer of all there preferred shares is not official do you think it will be updated here after SOS is updated?"

Or will the Goal Post just be moved again?

I got news Ross and Luciano resignation of offices and transfer of all there preferred shares and the actual transfer by Transfer Agent made it official.

However soon SOS will also be updated as our website was.

Just because I became an affiliate does not mean I lost my 1st ammendmant rights especially considering I was a large shareholder before I became affiliate.

However I'm careful what I post here and be assured;

"If I'm posting it, it is factual and in fact most of what I post is right in Press Releases since 3/22/11"

I was a shareholder long before I became an affiliate to help HFBG.

I'm not here for a play but dedicated to building our Brand, Distribution and Revenue Streams.
