This is a shell and if what happend with TOFS happens here, I think this could fly. Ive been waiting on this one for over 2 years now. I'm sure there about to release something.
Unusual volume, price spike, perfect storm.
Have you noticed how fast Hiri moves on low volume. Don't think there very many shares out there.
