Umm, Yes you do. I had originally invested in a company that just went for a 1 to 250 R/S, after a supposed R/M never came to fruition.... I had $8000 invested and luckily I cashed out $5000... if I hadn't sold before the news came out, my shares would be worth $400. Don't say people don't lose anything, you have less shares but the PPS is higher, but what do you think happens when people find out a R/S is on its way? There's a massive sell-off and the PPS tanks. Then after the R/S takes place you're not left with much.
