ya got that right................

I am responsible (in part) for taxes due from my ex's failed business because I was the "secretary" of the corporation. The State and IRS have tried siezing real estate, applied liens thereon, raided equity accounts, raided bank accounts, levied salaries, etc. Do not tempt them in getting out their big sticks. They will use them.
