Let's do some calculating. On March 9th there was a PR put out that included this paragraph:

"The continued expansion of the Company is very pleasing to see," stated Mr. James M. Farinella, CEO/President of SoftNet Technology. "The 2005 year has started off real strong and looks to continue with 100% growth per quarter through the end of the year." ( http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/050309/95763_1.html )

Sales for the first quarter of 2005 came in at $234,000
Plus 100% growth in 2nd Quarter $468,000
Plus 100% growth in 3rd Quarter $936,000
Plus 100% growth in 2nd Quarter $1,872,000
Estmated total sales for the year $3,510,000

Anyone want to venture an idea on how that will translate into share price? From the Quarterly report it looks like there are about 265 mil. shares outstanding.

I just checked E-bay and there the price/sales ratio is 13.52. Putting that same ratio into STTC makes a stock price of $.179 -- not far from where we are now. PE going forward will make a big difference I think. Do startup companies get a higher Price/sales ratio?

Any thoughts out there?
