The problem is "Title" is Title Beverage Distribution company, NOT the drink. Electric Beverage Company, the makers of Title sports drink has always been privately held. The distribution company and BGEM are now one. But obviously ran into problems EBC has issues so may no longer need a distribution company, EBC is private so doesn't report anything to the public and BGEM has failed to report anything in how long? Thus the reason they went to PK status. Not even sure if BGEM is distributing anything these days. So ties may have been severed and for the above reasons we may never know what happened. We do know that they were not very clear about who was whom or who owned what during the great pump and dump. Live and learn.
