If new Regs are the reason for the delays, then EBIG needs to get that info out there in some sort of PR or Conference Call.

I just have the feeling as I did when this was down at these levels before, that I should be buying more. With all the EBIG does have going for it, when it does get one IPO done, this should open the gates to a much better situation.
