It sure was. I was actually discussing this with someone yesterday and we're wondering whether that was a 'mistake' within the filings. That would be a significant reduction and I would think the company would PR that. Perhaps that '7' should have been a '4'....i.e.- 400+ mil in the OS. Seems that would make more sense, but none-the-less...perhaps we can finally draw in some additional buyers seeing that the OS / SS is not as scary as some might have thought.

Just saying. Nice to see the board getting started out here. Go ITKH!
