On April 8, 2005, the Company announced an anticipated closing date for acquisition of Jet99.com of May 15, 2005. The Company has not closed this transaction as of this date.

This is not good & Im glad to be out before report. I lost 900 smackers on this today when I got in @ .065 . Tomorrow will continue the downtrend for sure. This explains why Otto was a no show at the meeting. This sux, No revenue concludes that membership based revenue goes to LoveAccess.Com & not EZ2Date.Com .

Can you say sell off in the AM !!! LMAO .........Everyone be careful with this one.
