I called Etrade also, they told me (3) different times there is 3M O/S - they told me they did not know the number of Floating Shares. They told me to go to Nasdaq.com to find the number of F/S. I also ask them how can you sell shares online that I have to call you to broker the sale of those shares. There answer was "the vulitaty of the share price change causes them to look out for the investors interest and etrade's interest. Sounds like a crock of crap to me. What does that mean. They sell you stock knowing there is something wrong with the picture.
