My point is that Medical Waste would require a different permit at the current facility. If they form a JV with another site - medical waste or any site outside of the area/state where they are currently permitted, permits will have to be obtained for the process of turning the waste into fuel. Ruth Chris can add vegan dishes to their menu without a permit.

Your point that the NY plant does not do medical waste is like saying Ruth Crhis Steak House does not have a vegan menu.
