i asked NTR*'s ceo about PPTO and he stated that although they do have mutual interest in several properties, they are not 'working together' per say.

I don't believe that the news from NTR* will include PPTO; but, with that said, it is possible that PPTO may be somehow affiliated.

what i do know from the convo is that NTR& will be releasing more than one pr over the coming weeks and two of them will be dealing with financials.
