LOL Pauly. I had the same experience. Keep trying. Try covering the holes for a split second like wammy suggested. It works every time. 2nd, try a quick inhale, like hitting a joint, just to activate it. THe minor problem rests in the filter design. Additional holes need to be added to allow more air to flow through.
