Hey Kwan. Can you ask Joe why he gave me an empty offer to do a forensic audit of QASP's books? I know he had no real intent on allowing me to view any records of Quasars.

What about these other questions that you had?

FYI TO QASP SHAREHOLDERS...3 Questions I have on good authority that Joe knows the answers to:

3 questions shareholders should ask Joe:

1.) Post a copy to the shareholders, the agreement between Quasar and Mineseeker that shows the $10 million deal that shows the 1.7 mill paid as a "Non refundable Option"

2.) Have you Joe, rec'd an offer from Mineseeker in good faith to help recoup the $1.7 million and have you rejected that deal?

3.) Have you met with and tried to make a deal with Mineseeker under your Trophy company thusly trying to remove Quasar and it's shareholders from Mineseeker all together and benefit solely from the deal?
