This is reality, BGEM is NOT Title. I went to the EBC website and emailed the investor relations contact here is his response:

We are the investment bankers for Electric Beverage Company, working with them on a restructuring and capitalization. EBC is not a public company, and its business affairs are private. As I understand it, EBC has no formal relationship with BGEM.

As an investor, you need to contact BGEM for further information on that company. I have no information that I can provide you other than the fact that Ron Halperin was their CEO as of six months ago, other than that, I could not be of any more help to you.
