This is my guess. Otto has been working diligently on closing the Jet99 deal. His tech people have furthermore been feverishly working to make EZ2vacation and Jet99 sites compatible with each other. The 10K is late becuase he wanted to close Jet99 and be able to show the revenues from Jet99 on the quarter ending 3/31/2005.

Then we will get a huge upswing north in pps when the market reacts to the earnings.
