I'm here for DD, news, insight. IMHO Mgmt's job is not to prop up the pps w/ short term gimmicks, rather manage the co following a strategic LONG term strategy designed for maximum success and therefore an increase in pps... Decisions made by mgmt designed to prop up a stock usually don't work out long term, see Enron, Worldcom.
