I emailed Joseph Vazquez [[e-mail]] the following this morning:

I would like to know the status on the Caddo of acquisition and how it will affect the stock I own in Caddo.

I just received this answer from him:

Scott,

If and when the acquisition takes place you will see a press release on the transaction. At that time, the structure of the share exchange between EGPI Firecreek and Caddo Int'l will be announced. Until such time, I cannot comment any further on the proposed transaction.
