They don't file it, the MM interested does with FINRA. The CEO has known this for a long time. This scammer talks of big board uplisting (takes a long long time and must file Q and K SEC reports plus I think a 3 dollar PPS)and yet doesn't even have an assigned MM for his pinky stock. Pure HYPE.
