ERS usually does pullback after very good earnings...but this time around the earnings were extremely strong and it does look somewhat undervalued despite the good run. I am holding my 'trading' shares until the 2nd week of June where I am convinced they will announce a higher dividend. The Kahn's are the majority 55% holders here and they take advantage of the 15% Tax and pay themselves whenever possible.... after that, I would think there are some other insiders taht may start to file..... GL.
