I have no doubt it is already cheap enough to buy and hold long term, and is way over sold, only question is when will it bottom, and at what price. Good chance it might go sub dollar next month, but the stock holder equity is so high compared to the price, it may have bottomed here for this month. I already missed buying at today's bottom, so I will wait and hope for a new low or retest of today's bottom before taking an initial dip back in the pool here. It is already heading back to $2 now after bottoming at about $1.25 this morning.

I have been in the China stocks including this one (on and off) for about 3 years now, and I am not worried about the recent set backs in accounting, and short attacks on stocks like this one, as I think I have a pretty good picture now of what is really going on. No one believed me here a year ago when I sold at APWR at $14 and said I would wait to buy back at about $2.50, and now here it is under $2.50, and now I will say it again, it is close to time to buy it back, especially if it makes one more hard, high volume dive under $1.
