Haven't you noticed yet, but their is/was a general down trend in "all markets" for 6 weeks in a row now... EVCA is not immune to that.
Smart people buy in such markets and the, well lets call them the not so smart, are crying wolf... Maybe you should do more DD instead of screaming like a little girl when a zit appears. If you should have the ability to look forward than you might come to the insight that zits dissapear and are only temporary, just like this bottom price is only temporary.
What amazes me the most is that you sum up a whole bunch of negativity and yet you bought shares of EVCA...
Every small company needs to issue shares to grow, some dilute like hell and others keep it tight, like EVCA!! (O/S 129 mil)
If they were diluting like you cry about every day than why did EVCA cancel an S-1 to issue 62 mil shares huh?
Dealerships and franchises are coming, thats why smart people bought at these bottom prices, there were millions of shares bought in the last couple of days, are all those people wrong???

I have to agree with you in terms of the P&D, that was an outrage, but what can you do about it eh. These things happen and I'm not happy with that, key is to not get suckered-in...
If you are so sure that this is a POS why did you buy in the first place? And I know that you still have shares derived from your frustration, otherwise you wouldn't come here almost every day to spill your guts...
