Just spoke with Dr Seymour about the facility. Of course, he couldn't say too much but he did say the following:

The building is 18,000 sq ft shell on 5 acres
The current time to operational is about 6 months
The current New Haven space will be phased out in 2 steps
All research lab space and offices will be moved to the new location
Production will phase in later since it must meet cGMP standards
Tox studies wil not be dependent on the new space, although it is likely that some product will later come from there
The facility will supply all product for human testing and will likely be the source for post-approval market
There are already plans to expand out as needed. They can easily add another 10,000 sq ft.
The timing for the INDA will not be impacted by the new facility to the extent that all should be in place once human testing is set to begin
