The stock has been sitting pretty flat for awhile now. Even a pump would not help it unless real news was part of it. I think the company is ready to adjust it's future outlook, by positive business decisions.

Investors are looking at the recent activity to determine if it's as you say fluff and pump, or it really has contracts to do it's solar business.
