When you over price an IPO and not deliver, stocks like LNKD & P will of course go down. Now if you have a realistic company that is producing a profit as they say they are, why does it not go public? Do not over price it, but get it there. Under promise and over deliver will make it work.
If the underwriter wants to value it at $6 a share, make the first buy at $3 a share.
I flipped both LNKD and P for profits because that is what these things do. I invest in the pinkies for a long range retirement basis.
