On ETrade being the only ones to trade this on friday, and their subsequent admission to having to follow the rules just like the other brokerage houses, but still having made those trades...

I think it was a smart grab for customers. How many people will switch to / open a ETrade account now that they think ETrade is at the front of the game.. well i know one for sure, me, and probably anyone else who felt burnt by their broker on friday.
