I'm not so sure you can call it a "game" as there are enough companies out there who rely on their public stock to venture forward with future business. Personally I would like to see how much the Montana property that the company hit oil on brings in revenue. It takes money to purchase land, equipment, labor and then "hope" that you've done enough research to hit the oil that your surveys say is there. Montana alone is now estimated to have 25x more oil than estimated from 1995 surveys.

Shareholders decide the value of the stock in penny land, that's just how the "game" is played. You don't invest in pennies, you trade them. I happen to like UTOG for a possible long term investment just as long as they are transparent to the shareholders and operate their business the way one would expect. Raising capital to take on new ventures of drilling should be expected. Once they start bringing in revenue, I expect them to start retiring shares and striving to become a company that is no longer reliant on selling shares to grow their business.

I think I'll stay right here and see what the pps does after uplisting back to the OTCBB, and with the latest news of hitting oil on their Montana property. I'm betting that's a winning combination for my portfolio.
