Been do lot of digging on that topic ( CSGH consultants they hired with stock shares ), and it looks like they are looking for opportunities to expand via buy out opportunities, and the consultants are probably tasked with doing the DD and shopping. My guess is they may be planning to buy other battery companies as they vertically integrate the company, like ABAT did 2 years ago.

Ambition with out knowledge is like ship in dry dock. Going nowhere fast!
