Gene mentioned $3.50 a share when he gave shares out to IWS founders. Convinced, they gave away IWS.

Are you seriously suggesting that competent businessmen (not gullible investors) would accept the word of some penny stock flim flam man as to the 'value' of the shares he was peddling?

Do you not think they would do a minimum amount of DD before giving away their company?

Do you not think they would obtain credit reports, pull a D&B and want to see financials before they got into bed and 'gave away' their company?

The IWS team was as crooked as Newton and they cheerfully joined forces to fleece stockholders until their was no meat left on the bones. When they had picked the carcass clean of all the easy pickings they went their separate ways. IWS to look for a new set of victims and Newton to see what else he boil out of the bones.

IWS was right there when the shares were being given away at discount prices to Gendarme, they were in it up to their necks.
